At Chennaitime.in, we pride ourselves on fast and reliable shipping. Whether you're ordering ready-made T-shirts or custom-designed products, we ensure your items reach you in perfect condition.
Estimated Delivery Time: Standard orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location within India. Custom design orders may require an additional 2-3 business days for production before shipping.
Shipping delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you immediately if there are any delays. International shipping is not currently available, but we're working on expanding our services.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your ready-made T-shirt, we offer hassle-free returns and refunds within our specified timeframe.
Return Window: For ready-made T-shirts, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Refund Process: Once we receive and verify your returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. For damaged or defective items, refunds are expedited and typically processed within 3-5 business days.
To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@chennaitime.in with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, we're here to help. Our cancellation policy ensures a smooth process and quick refunds when applicable.
Cancellation Timeframe: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, the order enters production and can no longer be cancelled. For custom design orders, cancellation must be requested before production starts.
To cancel your order, log into your account and navigate to "My Orders," then select the order you wish to cancel and click "Cancel Order." Alternatively, you can contact our customer support team immediately with your order number.
In exceptional cases where an order has already shipped but you wish to refuse delivery, you can do so at no extra cost. The item will be returned to us and a full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
